物流政策

{{ shop_name }} delivers within the United Arab Emirates and offers in-store pickup. Because we handle live animals, our fulfillment is built around animal welfare. Please read the details for your order type below.

Live Animals & Plants — Local Delivery or Pickup Only

For their safety, live livestock and aquatic plants are not shipped by courier or post. They are available only by local hand-delivery within the UAE, on a scheduled date and time we arrange with you, or by in-store pickup at our location. Someone must be present to receive and inspect live orders at the time of delivery or pickup. We schedule live deliveries with care for weather and travel time, and may adjust timing to protect the animals.

Equipment, Dry Feed & Accessories

Non-living products can be delivered within the UAE or collected in store. We aim to process orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery timeframes and any fees are shown at checkout based on your address; you will receive confirmation once your order is on its way or ready for collection.

In-Store Pickup

When your order is ready, we will notify you. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID when collecting. Uncollected pickup orders may be held for a limited period before we contact you to rearrange.

Delivery Areas

We currently serve addresses within the United Arab Emirates. We do not ship internationally, particularly for live animals, due to welfare and regulatory requirements.

Delays

Occasionally delivery may be affected by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is delayed, we will keep you informed. For time-sensitive live orders, we always prioritize the animals’ wellbeing.
