Exo Terra Pebble Waterfall Small – PT2910

No complaints whatsoever. If I was very picky, I could say the tube is a bit too long; I cut mine by 2 cm and all works perfectly fine. It holds water, no spillage. Pump is quiet, water flow is good. Packaging was decent and nothing came broken.

I have a crested gecko and thought I'd give this a try. I am also a fan of Exo Terra's products, so it pains me to write such a bad review. On arrival, one of the connector points that connect the two main waterfall parts together was broken, despite being packaged in styrofoam. It honestly seems too fragile to support any weight, which is a pretty major design flaw. I tried epoxy and double-sided tape to no avail. The paintwork is pretty shoddy too - there's a pink primer coat that peeps through on some edges and surfaces of the item. While it does indeed work, it took a week or two for it to stop secreting a thick white substance in the water - I did clean it before installing it, but it wasn't soap residue, and it also made some of the paint come off, revealing even more pink primer. As for the design, the bowl is easy to clean, but both the filter and waterfall top get incredibly slimy and are tougher to access for cleaning. I hope this will be redesigned - keeping things low-cost and lightweight shouldn't mean the design and practicality have to suffer, and for people with . It's a bit of a pain to disassemble and clean in general, so I'd either suggest offering more terrarium-integrated waterfall designs or just reconsidering basic stuff like a water bowl.

Really good product, nice and easy to assemble. Looks the part and I haven't had any problems. Was delivered quickly and well within the time given. Would recommend the product and supplier (the online reptile shop). I bought this for my leopard gecko, and it is suitable for decor and maintaining humidity. Just make sure you keep the water reservoir topped up.
